Research & Development
We are constantly striving to improve our quality of care and service to our patients. An integral part of improvement is our involvement in research and development. Our surgeon has been on the cutting edge of technology and forefront of research for over 25 years. He has developed advanced operative techniques, invented surgical instruments, assisted major surgical manufacturing companies in product development, research, teaching, and lecturing. Our surgeon has also produced instructional videos for patients and for teaching other surgeons. We are constantly involved in many aspects of research and development.
Dr. Mazin has lectured and presented his scientific papers at the American Hernia Society Conference, Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons and American College of Surgeons. It is his unyielding pursuit of improving all aspects of patient care that sets the benchmark of excellence.
He has also gained significant recognition as an expert in the treatment of the post-operative hernia repair pain syndrome, inguinodynia. His most recent scientific article appears in the Journal of Pain Management.
